Beach Club Gardens

The Beach Club Gardens and Infinity pool are part of The Beach Club Resort on Hamilton Island, and with its lush green gardens and pool area, the Beach Club Resort is the perfect location for your outdoor ceremony.  Due to the exclusive nature of The Beach Club, only couples who are staying at The Beach Club on the night of their wedding may have their ceremony within its grounds.

Beach Club Conditions

The Beach Club is Hamilton Island's couples only 5 star resort and therefore does not allow children within its grounds, for this reason no children (under the age of 18 years) are allowed to attend any wedding ceremonies or photo/video shoots held within the grounds of The Beach Club.  Baby sitters or the island's Clownfish club can be arranged for other children in your group, and your consultant can provide you with more infromation regarding these services.

The wedding couple must be staying at the Beach Club on at least the night of the wedding day to utilise the Beach Club grounds for their ceremony and/or photography and video tour, however to truly experience all the Beach Club has to offer, we suggest that you stay at least 2 nights.

For the comfort of other guests only weddings with a maximum of 40 guests can utilise the Beach Club for their ceremony, however larger weddings can still utilise the grounds and Infinity Pool on their photo & video tour, with only the couple or bridal party present.

Decoration options

Hamilton Island Weddings will supply a small table with a white cloth for the signing of the register for all outdoor ceremonies.  All other decoration options can be customised to suit your personal requirements.  The options available for your ceremony decoration are endless, for ideas and information regarding the decoration options available and how your consultant can assist you, please visit the products and services section of this website.

Photogrpahy & Video

Hamilton Island Weddings very own photography and video production departments will cater to all your wedding photography and video needs for your wedding day.  After capturing your ceremony you will then be taken on a photography and video tour utilising many of the stunning locations available to you on Hamilton Island. 

Our photographers and video cameraman have expert local knowledge, allowing them to make the best use of lighting, angles and setups at each of our stunning locations, thus ensuring beautiful lasting memories of your special day.

Music

A portable CD player will be supplied for your outdoor ceremony.  This sound system will be operated on the day by your consultant utilising music supplied by you. 

Alternative music & Entertainment options

To make your day all the more memorable, Hamilton Island Weddings can arrange to have a live entertainer perform at your ceremony.  Possible options include a string quartet, bag piper, harpist and acoustic guitarist, or you are welcome to make a suggestion and your HIW consultant will attempt to source it for you.
