Civil CelebrantsRosalie AllanProfileAfter professional training, I was appointed by the Attorney-General in May 2004 as an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant. I have officiated many ceremonies in the Whitsundays with sincerity and warmth and each of them have received a high standard of ethics, professional integrity and confidentiality. I believe strongly in providing a personal touch to your ceremony and focusing on your needs on the day. Your wedding day is about you, and is a day that you share just together, or with your family and close friends, a day that can never be recaptured. In 2010, I am excited to announce that one special couple will be my 1000th ceremony. I hope to celebrate this occasion with you and to toast the couple with a bottle of Bollinger Champagne. All couples receive a Ceremony Guide with a choice of wording & verses to choose from and an attractively presented copy of the ceremony as a special momento of your day. Whether you are interested in a short and simple ceremony or a more traditional marriage ceremony I am delighted to accommodate your wishes, incorporating any cultural, spiritual or other considerations and your own wordings are welcomed.
