how do i decide which reception venue to book?

Hamilton Island Weddings provide some great tools to assist you in deciding which reception venue suits your requirements, taste and budget.  Firstly, view our reception venue quick facts to compare the different venues and what they each have to offer.  Once you have a short list of preffered venues, download those venues individual wedding portfolios which will provide you with more detailed information such as menu and beverage options.

how do i book my reception venue?

Once you have decided on your preffered choice of reception venue, simply contact your Hamilton Island Weddings consultant who will check the availability of that venue on your behalf.  Once your wedding consultant has received written confirmation from your chosen venue, you will then be advised in writing of its availability.  As all recepotion venues are independently managed, this process may take a number of days to complete.

Who organises our reception?

All liaising with the reception venue staff and chefs will be untertaken by your personal wedding consultant, using the guidance, information and requests provided by you.

Decoration & Set Up Options

The decoration and set up options available for your reception are endless.  Hamilton Island Weddings can arrange the services of a number of businesses to ensure your reception is everything you dreamed.

Entertainment Options

Booking one of Hamilton Islands reception venues as sole use allows you to book your own entertainment for your wedding.  Hamilton Island Weddings can supply a range of entertainment options, or you can make individual requests or suggestions and your consultant will endeavour to arrange it for you.  For more information regarding your reception entertainment options, please visit the products and services section of this website.

Please note, as a courtesy to other guests, live entertainment can only be supplied where the entire venue has been booked solely for your function.
