qualia Resort

Following your ceremony your photographer and/or video cameraman will arrange and capture the various group and family photos you require.  Once these more formal photos are complete, you will then depart on your photo and/or video tour, taking in the spectaular locations Hamilton Island has to offer for your wedding photos.

The actual number of photography and video locations utilised for your tour will depend on the package booked by you, for more information regarding available photography and video packages please see the relevant photography and video pages on this website.

About qualia Resort 

qualia is an exclusive resort on Hamilton Island and as such only guests who are staying at qualia are allowed entry within its grounds.  If you are staying at qualia on at least the night of your wedding, this allows your consultant to request that you be allowed to have a portion of your photography and video captured within qualia after your wedding ceremony elsewhere on the island. 

Due to the nature of qualia, the granting of permission will be heavily dependent on the impact to other qualia guests and no guarantee will be made that you will be able to have your photos and video taken at qualia, until we have received written permission from the General Manager.  In some cases you may be allowed to utilise qualia however some areas of qualia may not be available. 

If permission is granted to utilise qualia for your photography and video, your bridal party will only be able to accompany you into qualia if they are also staying within the resort.  Please contact your consultant should you require any further details.
