As a Hamilton Island resident, I'm excited and proud that you've chosen to have your wedding here.  I understand totally what attracted you, as it did me when I made Hamilton Island my home in 2005 after 2 years living in Airlie Beach.  I also celebrated my marriage in the Whitsundays, to my husband Terry and we now have a 2 year old son, Riley.

As an On Island Celebrant, I'm available whenever you need me (even after hours!) to ensure everything runs smoothly.  I'm flexible* - for a sunrise/sunset wedding, to alter service times if the weather's uncertain, or to finalise your ceremony when you arrive (maybe over a drink); I'm able to offer real value - I can give back to you in service, the time and money normally spent travelling; and I'm dependable - I'll be here even if the ferries aren't able to operate; after you're married to welcome you back on holidays; to celebrate an anniversary or reaffirm your wedding vows; or to share in a naming ceremony for your children.

I have a vibrant and engaging style, a background in nursing and midwifery, and community development work, and 8 years experience in the celebration and event business.  I love working with people to bring the best out in them, and for your wedding will support you at every stage in planning the wedding you have dreamed of, standing alongside you on the day, and following you up afterwards.  We can also have fun looking at ideas that you may not even have thought of, or thought were allowed at a wedding.  It's all about making it your day, and uniquely your wedding!

* Flexibility in regard to Ceremony times and/or location is subject to the availability of associated services and must be approved by Hamilton Island Weddings.  Extra costs may be incurred for these changes.
