Long Pavilion Private Dining Room

To utilise The Long Pavilion Private Dining Room for your wedding reception, all your attending guests must also be staying at qualia on at least the night of your wedding.

The maximum number of guests catered for in the private dining room is 12 guests (including the couple) fine dining.

how do i decide which reception venue to book?

Hamilton Island Weddings provide some great tools to assist you in deciding which reception venue suits your requirements, taste and budget.  Firstly, view our reception venue quick facts to compare the different venues and what they each have to offer.  Once you have a short list of preffered venues, download those venues individual wedding portfolios which will provide you with more detailed information such as menu and beverage options.

how do i book my reception venue?

Once you have decided on your preferred choice of reception venue, simply contact your Hamilton Island Weddings consultant who will check the availability of that venue on your behalf.  Once your wedding consultant has received written confirmation from your chosen venue, you will then be advised in writing of its availability.  As all recepotion venues are independently managed, this process may take a number of days to complete.

Who organises our reception?

All liaising with the reception venue staff and chefs will be untertaken by your personal wedding consultant, using the guidance, information and requests provided by you.

Decoration & Set Up Options

All decoration options can be customised to suit your personal requirements however strict guidelines apply to the decorations which can be utilised within qualia resort.  For further details regarding the decoration options available for your qualia wedding ceremony, please contact your wedding consultant.

Entertainment Options

For the comfort of non-participating qualia guests, entertainment or own music can only be provided where you have booked qualia resort sole use for your wedding.  For more information regarding booking qualia sole use for your wedding, please contact your wedding consultant.
